Keeping a List
Keeping a list is important. There will always be days when we have to work a little harder to see the good in life. Having a list makes it easier to reflect on all that you have been blessed by and are thankful for, which helps turn around a bad day and can be an opportunity to share a little hope and inspiration with others too! How are you listing or displaying your list of those things you’re thankful for? Here are some suggestions:
- Gratitude Journal list per calendar day
- Text and Sketch Journals
- Doodle Journaling
- Index cards
- photo journal
- Gratitude page for your planner
- Chalkboard Calendar list
- Gratitude Tags for each day
- Give Thanks Jar
- Thankfulness Tree
- Gratitude Poster – images or words
- Handprint Tree on the wall
- Popsicle Turkey
- Turkey Feathers
- Filling Buckets (on a wall, or a real bucket)
- Gratitude Graffiti Poster
There’s an App for That
