Trinity Lutheran Church is honored to support our ministry partner IDignity all year long!  And on one designated month each year we commit to providing additional volunteers, food for lunch, and a financial gift to support that month’s event.  This year, along with Pastor Martin and Deaconess Liz, Trinity members Glenda Frazier and Diann Grover (pictured), as well as Omar & Gladys Dittmer and Marcy Shively spent Thursday, February 18, helping close to 200 people obtain documents for and actually walk away with a Florida Identification Card.  They joined 100 volunteers for this event, had a great lunch donated by Subway, and are ready to come back on March 17, 2016.  You can be there too!

IDignity Orlando has volunteer opportunities on the third Thursday of each month at their monthly Client Services Events which are hosted at the Orlando Union Rescue Mission (410 W Central Blvd, Orlando). Volunteers are supplied orientation & training, an IDignity t-shirt, a light breakfast and a full lunch. In order to place you in the best volunteer position, the volunteer registration form on the IDignity volunteer page provides an overview of positions and allows you to indicate preferences for service. For subsequent volunteer registrations, you need only enter your name, email, phone, event date and shift.

If you have any questions, please contact the IDignity Orlando Volunteer Coordinator at volunteer@idignity.org or 407-792-1374, press 4, then 11.
