Make A More Joyful Noise! Choir at the 100th Anniversary
Trinity's 100th Anniversary service is almost here! You'll want to be a part of this milestone Sunday by singing with the Make A More Joyful Noise! Choir. David Ludwig has written our anthem for us that we'll sing after the Epistle. And we have a fun sermon response of Go Ye Into All The World. We've heard several people are interested and planning to sing with the MAMJN! Choir. Come Join Us! We have two rehearsals left. Please attend at least one. Rehearsals will be Wednesday, September 4 and Wednesday, September 11, at 7:30 p.m. in the church balcony.

The Morgan Center Invites You to a Mini Open House
The Morgan Center is hosting a mini open house for the Trinity family after all worship services this Sunday, September 8th.  You are invited to the first floor of Heritage Hall to meet Rod and Nancy Zuch and enjoy a cup of coffee and a snack.  You'll be able to peek into the classrooms and learn more about what TMC is offering to children in our community who are battling cancer.

New Women's Bible Study starts Tuesday, September 10
This is a great time to jump in to the Women's Tuesday morning Bible Study, as it begins a new study based on the book Bless These Lips: 40 Days of Spiritual Renewal by Sharla Fritz. This is an eight week study which "examines the things we say that get in the way of our relationships with God and with others. Each chapter draws on lip product analogies and uses humor, anecdotes, and observations to introduce Scripture passages that address common behaviors and attitudes. And each day's reading includes Bible study questions and suggestions for personal reflection."  Join the "Women of the Word - WOW" group on Tuesdays from 9am-10am in the first floor conference room of the Magnolia building (this group will move to the Livingston side of campus on Sept 17 - Loggia 2). Questions? Contact Terry at [email protected].

Young Adult Ministry - Fall Barbecue

Hurricane Dorian Disaster Response via LCMS
The LCMS Florida-Georgia and Southeastern districts stand ready to respond to Hurricane Dorian. Through years of preparation in partnership with LCMS Disaster Response, the districts have emergency response plans in place, and Lutheran Early Response Teams (LERT) are trained and ready to assist with recovery and rebuilding where needed.  The FL-GA District is also working closely with Pastor Sam Boodle of Nassau to help assess needs and respond. Those efforts are also supported through donations to the disaster fund.

To make a donation to disaster response in these districts , visit:
*  Florida-Georgia District: flgadistrict.org
*  Southeastern District: se.lcms.org

To make a gift in support of disaster-recovery efforts :
*  Text LCMSDISASTERS to 41444 or LCMSHURRICANES to 41444.
*  Mail checks, made payable to "LCMS," to The Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod, P.O. Box 66861, St. Louis, MO 63166-6861. On the memo line or an accompanying note, write "For disaster relief/response" or "For hurricane relief."

September has Five Sundays
You know that that means - Food & Funds on the Fifth!  Start saving up those BOGOS for a food pantry donation and funds for the Pastor's Discretionary Fund which is used to help people who are in an immediate financial crisis. Collection will take place the weekend of September 28/29.  Thank you!

Choir meets Wednesdays @ 7:30 p.m. Please join us!
Choir has started and there are plenty of seats available for new members to join us. No one is turned away. Yes, you can sing! Choir meets Wednesdays at 7:30 p.m. in the church balcony. It's okay if you have to miss some Wednesday rehearsals or Sunday services. We typically sing three Sundays a month, including two 11:00 a.m. services and one 8:00 a.m. service. Please come join us!

You're Invited to Make A More Joyful Noise!
"Make A More Joyful Noise!" is open to everyone that wants to make a More Joyful Noise! We sing a few times each year , and ask that you join us for rehearsal the Wednesday before the Sunday we sing, or even the morning that we sing. This is for anyone that wants to "try out" choir, even if for only one Sunday, or for those that want to share the joy of Jesus Christ through music. Faith, fun and fellowship are abundant with Make A More Joyful Noise! Please come join us!

Updating Trinity's Veterans Plaque
Operation Barnabas will be updating Trinity's veterans plaque for active duty, retired and deceased veterans. If you have names you would like included on the board, email   [email protected] with Name, Branch of military, Rank and Years of service( i.e. 1975-1989).  We will include a panel for first responders in the congregation as well.

Please let us know!
Please let your Trinity family know of any scheduled surgery or hospital stay.  In addition to scheduled procedures, please give the church office a call to let us know about extended illness, unplanned hospital stays, or even the birth of a child. You can call the office at any time and leave a message (407-488-1919 x101). During business hours, that information can then be forwarded to the appropriate caregivers. We want to be sure to know when you need us-whether to pray with you before a scheduled procedure, sit with you during a loved one's procedure, pray for you while you recover, visit you in the hospital/at home or to share praise and thanksgiving prayers for good news/results. Just let us know.  Thank you.

Urgent Prayer Requests
If you have an urgent prayer request that can't wait until you fill out a yellow prayer card during worship, please submit it via email to [email protected] .  While submitting a yellow card during worship is still the preferred way to share prayer requests, sometimes a prayer need can't wait until Sunday.  Your prayer request (first name and basic details of the prayer requested) will be shared with a team of committed weekday prayer warriors and will also be added to Trinity's regular printed prayer list for the congregation.  All prayers are kept on the printed list for a period of three weeks, so please resubmit long term prayer needs regularly so that they stay on the printed list. Thank you.
